Motion made, and Question put, That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 15, the Report of the Army Supplementary Estimate, 1928, may be considered this day before Eleven of the clock, and that the Proceedings on the Reports of Supply of the 7th March and 28th February may be taken after Eleven of the clock and shall be exempted, at this day's Sitting, from the provisions of the Standing Order (Sittings of the House)."—[The Prime Minister.]
