Mr. CHAMBERLAINYes, Sir. In three instances last year these communications led to the adoption of an improved code of bylaws. In other cases the object of the correspondence was to draw the attention of the authorities to matters observed in the course of inspection. The terms of a further general communication to the authorities are receiving my consideration.
