§ The MINISTER of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Guinness)Until the charges for conveyance of merchandise through the proposed Channel tunnel are announced, it would be difficult to form any reliable estimate as to how the facilities to be offered may compare with existing means of transporting produce to this country.
