asked the Secretary of State for War what was the court of inquiry which investigated the case of Mr. H. Toms at Jamaica?

The court consisted of an officer of the Royal Army Service Corps as president, and officers of the Royal Engineers and the 2nd Battalion, the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, as members. Mr. Toms gave evidence before the court.
