§ 22. Mr. MANDERasked the Home Secretary whether he will consider including in the Factories Bill a clause giving to workers a right of appeal against unjust dismissal so as to avoid victimisation?
§ Mr. CLYNESThe hon. Member raises a big question which appears to me to be rather one for another Department. In any case it goes far outside the scope of the Factory Acts and could not in my opinion be dealt with in the Factories Bill.
§ Mr. MANDERWill the right hon. Gentleman be prepared to deal with this subject in another Bill?
§ Mr. CLYNESI must ask for notice of that question.
