§ The PRIME MINISTERYes, Sir. The negotiations for setting up the Committee reached a further stage yesterday, and I hope that a communication which I have addressed to the right hon. Gentleman to-day will enable us to proceed with the setting up of the Committee. I should like, myself, to see the work proceeded with as expeditiously as possible.
