§ Major OWENIs it not possible for this Bill to be reintroduced this Session in order to deal with a question which is extremely urgent, and concerns imminent danger in many districts throughout the country? It is non-controversial.
§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe question is urgent no doubt, but unhappily it is also controversial.
§ Mr. THURTLEThis question was addressed to the Prime Minister, and the right hon. Gentleman did not say that he was replying on behalf of the Prime Minister; I am wondering what office he is now occupying.
