Mr. SAMUELI would refer the hon. Member to the replies given to the hon. Member for West Leicester (31r. PethickLawrence) on the 13th November and the 6th December last, of which I am sending him copies. He will see that the problem is under consideration by the Financial Committee of the League of Nations.
