HC Deb 18 February 1929 vol 225 c920

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That this House do now adjourn."—[Commander Eyres Mansell.]

Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

I must really protest against this Motion being moved at this point. We have allowed the Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury (Commander Eyres Monsell) to get his Money Resolution, and he might have allowed us the chance of getting some of our Private Bills. It is really very shabby treatment, and I protest.

Adjourned accordingly at a Quarter before Eleven o'Clock.
