§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSThe total number of accidents reported in 1928 under the buildings provisions of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901, as provisionally ascertained, was 3,754, but this figure includes a substantial number of accidents to persons not employed in the building industry, and I am not at present in a position to give any separate figure for that industry.
