I beg to move, in page 56 to leave out from the word "land," in line 2, to the end of line 3, and to insert instead thereof the words: in the service of the occupier thereof and is entitled, whether as tenant or otherwise, so to use the house only while so employed.

This Amendment stands in the name of the Minister of Agriculture, who is not now in the House. The Guillotine has fallen, and we have no opportunity to discuss any of these things. Why is it that a Minister is not sufficiently interested to move his own Amendment?
