Major-General Sir NEWTON MOOREasked the Prime Minister whether the Government has received a copy of the Report by the British Economic Commission, comprising Sir Arthur Duckham, Sir Hugo Hirst, Sir Ernest Clark, and Mr. Dougal Malcolm, to the Commonwealth of Australia, dealing with Australia's economic position and the different phases of Australian finance; and, if so, whether such Report will be issued as a White Paper for the information of the Members of the House?

I have received advanced copies of the Report submitted by the Mission to the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Australia, but not, as yet, a copy of the Report in the form in which it was published in Australia. The question of publication here is under consideration.
