Mr. SAMUELAs regards the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given on the 5th February to the hon. Member for the Elland Division (Mr. Robinson). As regards the second part, the Budget estimate, as revised in view of the alterations made in the tax during the passage of the Finance Bill, was £12,200,000.
