§ Mr. AMERYCopies of the Report referred to in the first part of my Noble Friend's question were sent on the 4th instant by His Majesty's Government in the Free State for the information of His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom. As regards the second part of the question, the points raised in the Report in which His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom are concerned will receive consideration.
