§ Commodore KINGI will, with my hon. and gallant Friend's permission, circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT particulars of the average pithead price of coal. The second part of his question, I assume, refers to the average price paid for coal by consumers and, if so, I regret that this information is not available.
