§ Miss BONDFIELDIt will be my object to secure close co-operation in this matter between the Employment Exchanges and the trade unions and employers' organisations, and I will take the hon. Member's suggestion into consideration in this connection.

§ Miss BONDFIELDThe regulations will be circulated. They fall into two categories. There are those regulations which are purely concerned with the internal working of the machine. They are not public documents, and are not published. There are certain other regulations which will be published.
§ Mr. BROCKWAYWould it not be well for the unemployed persons to know of these instructions so that they may be familiar with the conditions?
§ Miss BONDFIELDA great many of them do not concern the unemployed at all.
