That is not a matter for Standing Order No. 10. That can be discussed at some other time.

In view of the fact that the Ambassador left last night, and we have only this evening had a definite ruling from the Foreign Secretary that he was not proceeding under his own Protocol, but under the terms of the statement made by the Prime Minister, which is quite different, surely that is an urgent matter of public importance which ought to be raised at the first moment?
