§ 25. Mr. RILEYasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the Ossett Urban District Council has recently deprived upwards of 50 families in the borough of water supplies for reasons of non-payment of water rents; that many of these families are miners' families, suffering from unemployment and whose needs are such that they have been receiving assistance from the Lord Mayor's fund; and that the local council has a by-law which prohibits householders from supplying others with water; and if, in the interests of the preservation of health, he will inquire into the matter?
