Mr. SPEAKER

The hon. Member must remember that we are now going over questions for the second time.

Mr. JONES

There are only 46 questions down, and is it not reasonable to assume that Ministers should be here to answer them?

Mr. SPEAKER

That is merely a matter of opinion. There is no obligation upon them except when the question is called for the first time.
