§ Sir V. HENDERSONNo, Sir. That would necessitate asking every one of the 44 boroughs in detail what the position was, and I do not think we are justified in doing that. If the hon. Gentleman wants particulars with regard to his own borough, I shall be glad to get them if he asks me to do so.
