§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Lord Eustace Percy)On 31st March, 1923, there were 159,052 pupils between the ages of 14 and 15 on the registers of public elementary schools in England and Wales. Particulars of the number on 31st March, 1927, in the area of each Authority were published by the Board in List 45, a copy of which I am sending to the hon. Member.
