§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir William Joynson-Hicks)Yes, Sir. The storage of benzol is subject to the requirement of a licence under the Petroleum Act, which is granted by the local authority. The conditions as to the mode of storage in each case would be laid down by the local authority. There are no general Government regulations as to storage.
