§ 65. Mr. A. V. ALEXANDERasked the Minister of Health if, in calculating the amount of the liability on account of loans outstanding under Section 3 of the Local Authorities (Financial Provisions). Act, 1921, for certification under the, scheme proposed in Section 94 (1) (a) of the Local Government Bill, unpaid interest on the loans up to the appointed day will be included in the amount to be certified?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe amount certified will include arrears of interest subject, to the deduction mentioned in the Clause.
