§ Earl WINTERTONIn accordance with the undertaking given to the hon. Member on the 30th July a copy of this Report was placed in the Library of the House in August last. My Noble Friend has not yet received the conclusions of the Government of India on the recommendations made. The Government of India were supplied with a copy of the Cinematograph Films Act, 1927, and the Act is referred to in the Report.
§ Mr. DAYAre any communications passing between the home Government and the Government of India as to the action that will be taken on the Report?
§ Earl WINTERTONThe Government of India will no doubt notify my Noble Friend of the conclusions which they have reached on the Report.
