HC Deb 23 May 1928 vol 217 cc1867-8
36. Mr. DAVID GRENFELL

asked the Minister of Labour whether the Transference Board has presented its Report; and whether he can arrange for a supply of copies to Members before the Whitsuntide Adjournment?

Mr. BETTERTON

As stated by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister yesterday, it is hoped that the Report will be in the hands of the Government in about three weeks' time.

Mr. BATEY

Does that mean that immediately the Report is in the hands of the Government it will be circulated to Members?

Mr. BETTERTON

No. That question should be addressed to my right hon. Friend when the Government receive the Report.
