WOODStatistics of the sizes of houses completed during certain periods are not available, but the areas of houses included in contracts let by local authorities were, during March, 1927, 788 superficial feet for non-parlour houses and 917 superficial feet for parlour houses. The corresponding figures for March, 1928, were 766 superficial feet and 914 superficial feet respectively.
