HC Deb 01 May 1928 vol 216 cc1508-9

asked the Secretary for Mines if he can indicate the progress which has been made to date in the direction of amalgamations in the mining industry since the stoppage of 1926, and, in particular, how many districts are now amalgamated for the purpose of regulating the price of coal?
