Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe reply to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. I am informed that a committee of the guardians has visited a, number of other infirmaries to inquire into the arrangements there made for isolation. The Committee has not yet reported to the guardians and no definite proposals have yet been submitted to me, but I hope to receive them at an early date.
