§ Colonel ASHLEYIt is proposed to continue the present "roundabout" systems of traffic working at Hyde Park Corner and the Marble Arch as a permanency. The position of several of the refuges both at Hyde Park Corner and at the Marble Arch has been altered to facilitate the working of the systems, and it is not at present proposed to make any fresh lay-out at these places.
