Resolved,
That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the urban district council of Oldbury, which was presented on the 22nd February and published, be approved, with the following modification:
In the Schedule, line 1, leave out the words '35 perches 21 square yards,' and insert '28 perches 13 square yards.'
