The total estimated cost of the floating dock, including towage to Singapore, is shown in the Programme appended to the Navy Estimates, 1928, pages 338 and 339

May l ask whether the whole of this money has been spent in this country?

The whole of the work on this dock has been put out to contract.

Is it not the case that towage is being done by a Dutch firm?

The towage is being done by a Dutch firm employed by the contractors for the dock.
