§ 36. Mr. KELLY(for Mr. W. M. ADAMSON) asked the Minister of Health whether any claims under the Widows', Orphans' and Old Age Contributory Pensions Act, 1925, have been rejected on the ground that Regulation (C), Clause 30, does not include old age contributory pension; and whether he intends to amend the Regulation?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI am not clear as to the Regulation to which the hon. Member refers. The Regulation made under paragraph (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the Contributory Pensions Act applies to claims for old age pensions as well as to claims for widows' and orphans' pensions.
