§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMSince 31st December last, 274 men have been discharged from various departments, and notices have been or are proposed to be issued to about 124 men. Included in the numbers discharged or proposed to be discharged are 31 ex-apprentices of less than 15 years' service.
