§ 16. Sir A. SINCLAIRasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is yet in a position to state when the Nairn Committee on the Finance of Land Settlement in Scotland will present a Report; and whether the Report will be published?
§ Sir J. GILMOURI am informed that the Committee are now engaged on the drafting of their Report, but that they cannot state when the Report will be presented to me. The question of publication of the Report will be considered after I receive it.
