WORTHINGTON - EVANSUnder an Ordinance of the Inter-Allied Rhineland High Commission the exhibition of films of any nationality is forbidden if they are such as would prejudice public order or endanger the security or dignity of the High Commission or of the Troops of Occupation. In cases of emergency, films which contravene this Ordinance may be seized by order of the military authorities. Films dealing with the late War or those directed against the Army of Occupation are prohibited. Apart from this there is no censorship of films by the Allied authorities.
