§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (SirWilliam Joynson-Hicks)I have been asked to reply. I agree with the recommendation in the recent Report of the Committee on Superannuation of Local Government Employés that the scheme is not suitable for justices' clerks.
