asked the Minister of Labour whether he has received from the Barnsley Board of Guardians a protest against the Unemployment Insurance Act reducing benefit for young women 18 to 21 years of age, deeming it totally in- adequate to meet the necessities of life; and whether he proposes to introduce an amending Bill at an early date?
