§ Major CARVERIs my right hon. Friend aware that this is a district council second-class road and likely to become a main arterial road, and does he realise that the local authority are quite unable to bear any of the expense involved?
§ Colonel ASHLEYI am aware of all that, and I am doing my best to get a settlement. I cannot do more.
