§ Captain ELLIOTThe Scottish Board of Health have recently received a deputation from the local authority on this subject, and they are making further inquiries with a view to seeing whether the difficulties that have occurred can be overcome.
Mr. NICHOLIs it not the case that since the scheme was put into operation a change was made by the Board of Health, which has now held up the question?
