Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that as a result of the action taken by the Minister of Health regarding these institutions in Wales there has arisen in recent years a national party which is growing in strength in consequence of treatment of 211 this kind in Wales; and is it not a very small sum to save considering that it is likely to bring about similar calamitous results———
