Colonel WEDGWOODasked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs with reference to the Native Juveniles Employment Act of Southern Rhodesia, whether regulations are being made that will ensure a standard minimum wage,, facilities for attending schools wherever possible, and real freedom to return home at the expiry of the child's contract; and whether inspectors, and how many and of what sex, will be appointed to watch over the labour conditions of these children?
