Mr. CHAMBERLAINI may refer the hon. and gallant Member to Clause 3 of the Bill, under which industrial hereditaments are classified under mines and factories and workshops. The expression "mine" includes all mines of whatever description, and under the Factory and Workshops Act all quarries are factories or workshops.
