asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the amount of coal exported from this country for the months of January, February, March, and April for the years 1924, 1925, 1926, 1927, and 1928, respectively; and the value of such exports for each month.

With the bon. Member's permission, I will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT a table of figures giving the required information. I should like to add that this information is published monthly in the Trade and Navigation Returns which the hon. Member can obtain in the Vote Office and the Library.
