Motion made, and Question proposed, That all fines imposed in respect of offences under the Road Transport Lighting Act, 1927, or the Regulations made there-under, shall be paid into the Exchequer, and any sums so paid into the Exchequer shall be charged on and issued out of the Consolidated Fund as if they had been paid into the Exchequer under the Roads Act, 1920."—[Mr. Samuel.]
