§ Lord E. PERCYThe Board's inspectorate is being re-organised, and it is proposed that 13 posts, which are at present vacant, should not be filled during the current financial year. This reduction is experimental, and I cannot at this stage say whether any further reduction is likely. No inspectors of any grade have been discharged.
