PERCYThe approval of educational visits by public elementary school children during school hours is given by His Majesty's Inspectors under Article 21 (a) of the Code and no record of such visits is kept in my Department. As regards the last part of the question, I have received representations on the subject of attendance at the Royal Air Force Display.
