§ Colonel ASHLEYI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply which I gave him on the 5th March last. The census of privately-owned wagons, to which I then referred, is not yet complete, and I am, therefore, not in a position to say whether the number of such wagons has been reduced.
