§ 21. Mr. HURDasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to a unanimous resolution of the Conference of Rural District Councils of England and Wales urging that, seeing the unsuitable character of domestic buildings being erected in the country districts, rural district councils should be given fuller powers of control and prevention than is permitted by the model bye-laws; and whether he will take steps to secure the needed alteration in these model bye-laws?
§ Sir K. WOODMy right hon. Friend is aware of the resolution and proposes to confer with the Rural District Councils' Association on the subject.
