Resolved,
That it is expedient, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session to make further provision for the reorganisation of educational and other endowments in Scotland, to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by Parliament of such sums as may be necessary to defray the expenses incurred by any Commissioners appointed thereunder, and to remunerate their Secretary, Assistant Commissioners, and other officers."—(King's recommendation signified.)—[Sir J.
