Grants to ex-Service men are still being made in exceptional cases as indicated in the reply given on 8th March last to the hon. Member for Elland (Mr. Robinson) of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy. 114 such grants have been awarded within the last 12 months, mainly for the purpose of establishing men in small businesses.
